…they just cry over their condition. But when they get angry, they bring about a change.
The damage that Hurricane Katrina did to New Orleans was a major catastrophe for that vibrant, vivid, amazing place. The appalling Government response, and the slowness of rebuilding are beyond sad, they are almost criminal.
Revisit, or visit again. This blog says it all - and the sadness of the title refers to the lack of response by people.
