…or set of people [has] the right to impose definitions of reality on others.

That’s fervently what I believe. Its ludicrous to say you can’t be a feminist if you dress or act a certain way. (Or if you are a man. Men can be feminists too. Suggesting otherwise is reverse misogyny).

Anyone can be a feminist simply be believing and acting upon the quote that opens this post. Its so damned simple, all else is noise and froth and fuss. ‘Full of sound and fury, signifying nothing’.

But it takes away from the true heart of the debate, and loses it in stupid definitions of ‘acceptable’ feminism. That’s against the very essence. That’s imposing YOUR definitions on me.
