Groklaw has coverage of Novell Marketing in the UK, already talking about patent indemnity for its clients. Odd, really, given the recent UK software patent decisions…
And while Microsoft says : “we agree to disagree with Novell on Linux patent infringements“, it seems they don’t play by the rules themselves, as Alcatel slaps Microsoft with patent infringement claim. Oh Dear. And they have so much on their plate too, like Vista’s EULA product activation worries.
