  The latest revelation is that erstwhile Doctor Paul McGann, who made one solitary on-screen appearance at the controls of the Tardis in the 1996 US TV movie, has been added to the cast list for 2009. McGann, a frequent contributor to Doctor Who audio adventures, is believed to start filming for his thus-far-unknown role in October/November
